Product Introduction

Ball Mill Liners are critical wear parts used to protect the mill shell and heads from continuous impact, abrasion and erosion caused by ore, slurry and grinding media. Rubber Mill Liners

Rubber liners provide excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion while reducing component weight, vibration and operating noise. Their relatively low weight can also simplify handling during relining operations.

They are commonly used in Ball Mills, SAG Mills, AG Mills, Rod Mills and other grinding mills where impact and abrasion conditions are suitable for elastomeric lining systems.

Alloy Steel & High Chrome Mill Liners

For severe impact and highly abrasive grinding environments, metallic liners can be manufactured from selected wear-resistant alloys such as Chrome-Moly steel and High-Chrome alloys.
