Linear Vibrating Feeder
ZSW series linear feeder drives the double eccentric shaft vibration exciter by the motor through the V-belt. The two eccentric shafts in the vibration exciter are guaranteed to rotate in the opposite direction by meshing gears at both ends. When the two eccentric shafts are assembled, the eccentricity forms a certain angle. The centrifugal force generated causes the box to produce reciprocating linear projection vibration, and the material moves forward continuously during the vibration process. The front end of the machine is equipped with pre-screening screen bars to remove soil impurities or pre-screen materials.
Flip Flow Screen
High-performance flip flow vibrating screen for sticky, wet and difficult materials. Dual acceleration technology with elastic PU mats prevents blinding and improves screening efficiency.
Flip-Flop Screen
Screen width from 1000mm to 4300m Lengths from 4m to 12m Screen inclination from 5 degrees to 30 degrees Single-layer, double-layer and triple-layer screen surface The particle size range of dry sieving in coal application is 3mm-50mm The processing capacity can be more than 1500 tons/hour (depending on the classification size)
