Working Principle of Mining Ball Mill

The industrial ball mill consists mainly of the rotating cylinder, feeding system, discharge system, transmission device, lubrication system, and supporting structure.

During operation, the motor drives the cylinder through the transmission system. Grinding media such as steel balls rotate together with the mill shell and are lifted to a certain height before falling down. The impact force and friction force generated during this process continuously crush and grind the ore particles.
