Product Introduction

Raymond Roller Mill is a traditional and reliable industrial grinding machine widely used for producing fine powder from non-metallic minerals, chemical materials, and industrial raw materials. It is also known as Raymond Grinding Mill, Pendulum Roller Mill, Air-Swept Roller Mill, or Raymond Pulverizer in international markets.

Working Principle of Raymond Roller Mill

The Raymond Roller Mill works through the combined action of grinding pressure, centrifugal force, and airflow classification.

Raw materials are evenly fed into the grinding chamber through an Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder or Rotary Feeder. Under centrifugal force, the grinding rollers rotate around the grinding ring and compress the material between the rollers and ring.

The crushed powder is carried by airflow into the Air Classifier / Whizzer Classifier, where fine particles meeting the required fineness are collected through the cyclone separator, while oversized particles return to the grinding chamber for further processing.
