Vibrating Screen

The vibrating screen uses the exciting force generated by the exciter. The screen body periodically reciprocates along the direction of the exciting force. The material bounces around the screen surface. The screen surface is collected and transported to the designated area to achieve the purpose of grading or de-intermediation. The amplitude can be adjusted by adjusting the weight of the eccentric block. generally divided into circular vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen .

Description of vibrating screen:

Features of vibrating screen :

1. The vibrating screen adopts a side-vibration eccentric block exciter.

2. The exciter adopts the block eccentric form, which not only increases the single excitation force of the eccentric mass of the exciter, but also can be adjusted randomly, which is convenient for modular design and use.

3. The screen mesh has various structures, including rod screen plate, polyurethane square hole and polyurethane weaving, and manganese steel wire weaving.

4. The eccentric block adjusts the amplitude, the material screen has a long flow line, and there are many screening specifications.

5. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, strong excitation force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, sturdy and durable, convenient maintenance and use.

6. The equipment maintenance is simple and convenient, and the operation efficiency of the whole machine is obviously improved.

7. The flexible connection such as cross shaft universal drive shaft or rubber coupling is adopted, and the operation is stable.

8. The structure of the screen machine tends to be simplified, which is conducive to improving the manufacturing process level and assembly accuracy of the equipment.

9. The screening machine has higher screening efficiency, larger processing capacity, longer service cycle and longer service life of the whole machine.
