SF Series Self-Aspiration Flotation Cell is a widely used mechanical agitation flotation machine designed for mineral separation and beneficiation processes. It is mainly applied in the recovery of valuable minerals from sulfide ores, non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals.

As a professional mining flotation equipment, the SF flotation cell integrates slurry agitation, air absorption, mineralization and froth separation into one unit. Working Principle of SF Flotation Cell

The SF flotation cell adopts a vertical impeller structure driven by a motor. During operation, the impeller rotates rapidly and generates negative pressure in the lower part of the stator, allowing the flotation cell to automatically inhale air through the hollow shaft.

At the same time, the rotating impeller fully mixes the absorbed air with mineral slurry, creating numerous fine bubbles. Valuable mineral particles selectively attach to these bubbles under the action of flotation reagents and rise to the surface to form mineralized froth.

The froth layer is continuously removed by the scraper mechanism, while unwanted gangue minerals remain in the slurry and discharge through the tailing outlet.
