Polyurethane Wire Screens (Tufflex Screen Alternative)

Polyurethane Wire Screens, also known as PU Encapsulated Wire Rope Screens or Tufflex Type Screen Cloth, are designed for difficult screening applications where traditional woven wire mesh suffers from pegging, blinding, excessive wear and high noise levels.

The screen combines a high-tensile wire rope core with a wear-resistant polyurethane encapsulation layer, providing exceptional flexibility, impact resistance and self-cleaning performance.
