SUPERFLEX Flexible Rubber Screen Panel Enhances Fine Particle Dewatering Efficiency

Huatao Group has introduced the SUPERFLEX 2×10 mm flexible rubber screen panel, developed for high-frequency vibrating applications in mining and tailings processing. The product integrates precision slot engineering with advanced flexible polyurethane technology to address common issues in fine particle dewatering.

Traditional rigid screen panels frequently experience fatigue cracking and aperture blockage under high vibration intensity. The SUPERFLEX panel utilizes a thin 3.5 mm flexible structure that absorbs mechanical stress while maintaining dimensional stability.

Its SLS 2×10 mm slotted opening design ensures effective drainage and precise particle separation for materials in the 0.1–5 mm range. The large-format 2975×1220 mm structure reduces joint gaps and improves screening area utilization, enhancing throughput efficiency.

Manufactured from 90 Shore D wear-resistant polyurethane, the panel demonstrates high resistance to abrasion and chemical exposure. Field testing indicates service life improvements exceeding 30% compared to conventional rigid panels.

The solution is particularly suited for tailings dewatering and fine sand recovery operations, supporting dry stacking practices and improved resource recovery. By combining durability, precision, and energy efficiency, SUPERFLEX panels contribute to more stable and sustainable mining processes.
