6. Adjust the amount of pulp. The opening of the sand door is adjusted by the pull rod to ensure the balance of the slurry and avoid the deposition of coarse mortar in the studio.
7. Adjust the liquid level height. Adjust the liquid level adjuster to adjust the liquid level height to ensure that the scraper effectively scrapes the foam and avoids the slurry overflowing into the foam tank.

9. Check the air intake. The air intake has a great influence on the performance index of the flotation machine, and the air intake is reduced by the wear of the impeller and the cover plate. Therefore, an anemometer is often used in production to check the air intake of the flotation machine.
10. Replace wearing parts. Replace wearing parts in a timely manner. When replacing the impeller and cover plate, ensure the axial clearance and assembly quality.
