Overview
Silica sand is a crucial raw material in the glass manufacturing industry, contributing to the transparency, strength, and other essential properties of glass products.
Our customer require various vibrating screens for dry silica sand, their existing screening equipment has problems such as low efficiency, difficulty in replacing the screen, and poor sealing.
Customer requirement as below :
Screening material is Silica Sand to 95 %, it’s feed Size 0-3.5 Mm, Water Content : Maximum 2 To 3 % , Desired Separation :0-100 Micron , 100 -600 Micron , 600 Micron-3.5Mm , Particle size distribution : 0-100 Micron seive accounts for 20% 100-600 Micron accounts for 65%, 600 Micron-3.5mm accounts for 15%,
Capacity request for 40 Tons Per Hour
According to customer requirement ,our Solution as below :
1.Recommended equipment: HT2040-2x5layer Gyratory Sifter
2.Number of sieve layers: 10 layers (duplex layers with the same mesh number are fed and screened simultaneously).
3.Material machine with carbon steel & 304 wire mesh
4.Capacity: 10t/h,total need 4 units
5.Advantage :One Gyratory Sifter machine is equivalent to two 5layers linear screens with a larger processing capacity and higher screening accuracy. The screen can be pulled out directly from the back of machine and easy to replace.
Our square swing screen was successfully debugged before leaving the factory and the whole machine was shipped. After the customer received the machine, the installation was simple and time-saving.
During the communication process, our customer was very satisfied with our customized gyratory sifter for dry silica sand screening solution and ordered 4 units machine .
Feedback
