Woven Wire Screen Mesh is one of the most widely used and cost-effective screening media in the mining, quarrying, aggregate, asphalt, and mineral processing industries. Designed for heavy-duty vibrating screens and screening equipment, it offers excellent wear resistance, accurate particle sizing, and high open area for efficient material separation.

Manufactured from high carbon spring steel (65Mn), high manganese steel (Mn14/Mn18Cr2), and stainless steel grades including 304, 316, and 316L, woven screen mesh is suitable for both dry and wet screening applications. Depending on the operating conditions, customers can select different wire diameters, aperture sizes, weaving patterns, and hook edge designs to achieve optimum screening performance and service life.
