Traditional rigid screen panels frequently experience fatigue cracking and aperture blockage under high vibration intensity. The SUPERFLEX panel utilizes a thin 3.5 mm flexible structure that absorbs mechanical stress while maintaining dimensional stability.
Its SLS 2×10 mm slotted opening design ensures effective drainage and precise particle separation for materials in the 0.1–5 mm range. The large-format 2975×1220 mm structure reduces joint gaps and improves screening area utilization, enhancing throughput efficiency.
Manufactured from 90 Shore D wear-resistant polyurethane, the panel demonstrates high resistance to abrasion and chemical exposure. Field testing indicates service life improvements exceeding 30% compared to conventional rigid panels.
