Heavy Duty Polyurethane Conveyor Skirting for Mining

HUATAO Polyurethane Conveyor Skirting is designed for heavy-duty belt conveyor loading zones where abrasive bulk materials, continuous operation and high material throughput create severe wear, dust and spillage problems.

Manufactured from wear-resistant polyurethane, the skirting creates a flexible barrier between the conveyor belt and skirtboard, helping keep material inside the loading zone while protecting the belt from unnecessary friction.

Compared with conventional Conveyor Skirt Rubber, polyurethane offers excellent abrasion and tear resistance, making Conveyor PU Skirting particularly suitable for mines, quarries, aggregate plants, cement plants, coal handling systems and other demanding bulk material applications.

High Abrasion Resistant PU Skirting

Abrasive materials can rapidly wear conventional skirt rubber, particularly where the conveyor operates continuously.

HUATAO High Abrasion Resistant PU Skirting uses polyurethane formulated for demanding sliding and wear conditions. The material combines durability with sufficient flexibility to follow the conveyor belt surface.
