Conveyor Belt Types

EP / Fabric Conveyor Belt

EP Conveyor Belts use polyester in the warp direction and polyamide/nylon in the weft direction to provide a strong yet flexible fabric carcass. They are widely used for medium- and heavy-duty conveying of aggregates, coal, crushed stone, limestone and mineral ores.

Typical grades include EP100, EP125, EP150, EP200, EP250, EP300 and EP400, with multiple-ply constructions available according to the required working tension.

They are particularly suitable for quarry conveyors, crushing and screening plants, cement production lines and general bulk handling where economical operation and good impact resistance are required.

Steel Cord Conveyor Belt

For high-capacity, long-distance and high-tension conveying systems, our Steel Cord Conveyor Belts use high-tensile steel cords as the load-bearing reinforcement.

Low elongation and high tensile strength make steel cord belting suitable for long overland conveyors, large open-pit mines, high-volume mineral processing plants and other applications where belt tension and conveying distance exceed the practical range of conventional fabric belts.

Optional transverse reinforcement and Rip-Stop / Anti-Tear constructions can be supplied for applications involving sharp rocks, large lump sizes and severe impact loading.

Abrasion Resistant Conveyor Belt

The Abrasion Resistant Conveyor Belt is developed for highly abrasive bulk materials such as iron ore, copper ore, granite, crushed rock, gravel, clinker and other hard minerals.

Special rubber cover compounds provide improved resistance against abrasion, cutting, gouging and impact, helping reduce premature cover wear and extend belt replacement intervals.

Cover compounds can be selected according to applicable DIN 22102 belt grades, including abrasion-resistant grades such as DIN-X, DIN-Y and DIN-W, subject to project specifications.

Flame Retardant Conveyor Belt

For coal handling and underground mining environments where fire safety is critical, Flame Retardant / Fire Resistant Conveyor Belts are available with specially formulated rubber compounds.

Depending on the application and required standard, belts can be engineered for flame-resistant and antistatic performance. Detailed underground mining regulations and required certifications should be confirmed before belt selection.

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

Our Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts are designed for conveying hot materials such as cement clinker, coke, sintered ore, slag and foundry materials.

Heat-resistant rubber compounds help minimize premature hardening, cracking and loss of adhesion caused by elevated temperatures. Belt grade should be selected according to both continuous material temperature and short-term peak temperature.

Chevron Conveyor Belt

Chevron Conveyor Belts feature molded rubber profiles that improve material grip on inclined conveyors. They are suitable for sand, gravel, coal, fertilizer, grain, crushed stone and other loose bulk materials that may slide backward on conventional smooth belts.

Different chevron patterns and profile heights can be selected according to material size, conveying angle and capacity.

Sidewall Corrugated Conveyor Belt

The Sidewall Conveyor Belt combines a cross-rigid base belt with corrugated sidewalls and transverse cleats, allowing material to be conveyed at steep angles while reducing spillage.

It is ideal where plant space is limited or where conventional conveyor layouts would require multiple transfer points. Typical applications include mining, quarrying, ports, cement plants, recycling and vertical bulk material lifting.

Pipe / Tubular Conveyor Belt

Pipe Conveyor Belts form an enclosed tubular shape after the loading section, protecting the conveyed material while reducing dust emission and material spillage.

They are particularly suitable for environmentally sensitive conveying routes, complex plant layouts and materials such as coal, limestone, ash, concentrates and other dusty bulk solids.
