Product Description

Polyurethane Dewatering Screen Panels are specially engineered for wet screening and dewatering applications in mining and mineral processing plants. They are widely used in coal washing plants, tailings dewatering systems, sand and gravel washing facilities, and fine mineral recovery processes where efficient water drainage and wear resistance are critical.

Designed with high open area and precision slotted apertures, polyurethane dewatering screen media delivers superior dewatering efficiency while maintaining excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, and corrosion. Compared with traditional steel wire or rubber screen media, PU dewatering panels offer significantly longer service life and reduced maintenance costs in wet and abrasive operating environments.

These modular screen panels are manufactured using premium polyurethane elastomers and are available in various profiles and fixing systems to suit different screening machines worldwide. Common configurations include flat-top and ridge-profile designs, with aperture orientations optimized for cross-flow or with-flow material movement.
