WS85 Polyurethane Screen Panel

HUATAO’s Replacement WS 85 Modular Screen is crafted with open-cast polyurethane, cured at high temperatures to fortify molecular links, ensuring superior durability. It lasts longer than rubber and metal screens, suitable for coal mines, iron ore, and concentrate dehydration.

Acid and alkali resistant, it handles corrosive conditions in carbon slurry separation and tailings processing. Precise seams (0.2mm to 0.8mm) enable accurate grading of various particles. The low friction surface resists sticking, reducing clogging, while elasticity ensures high throughput and efficient dewatering—key for reducing tailings volume.

Custom dimensions (305×305mm, 600×600mm) and versatile installation (nails, bolts, rail seats) allow easy integration. The double-hardness MDI design (soft top, hard base) minimizes blockages, boosting efficiency and longevity, making it a robust choice.​
