Huatao Replacement Tufflex, a polyurethane-coated stainless steel wire rope screen, transforms mining and quarry screening with its innovative design. Its wire ropes (1.5–12mm diameter) and synthetic cords are both encased in thick polyurethane, creating a smooth, non-stick surface that prevents material blinding and sticking—far more effectively than traditional woven wire.

Aperture flexibility is a key strength: square or rectangular shapes range from 1.5mm to 45mm, with custom rectangular slots as fine as 0.7mm for precise separation tasks. The screen’s welded structure (fully or partially welded) ensures durability, while optional polyurethane sheets reinforce high-impact zones, such as hook edges, to resist wear and extend lifespan.

Compatible with existing equipment, Huatao Replacement Tufflex requires no modifications to replace woven wire screens. Maintenance is straightforward, with tension checks following standard procedures. In side-tension configurations, synthetic cords act like rider bars, improving stratification by guiding large particles down the deck and focusing small ones on apertures. This boosts efficiency, reduces downtime, and enhances overall screening performance.
